The article considers a new stage of upbringing and socialization of children who have been left without parental care and persons from among them in the Russian Federation. The analysis of the lack of conditions for the interaction of general and vocational education with physical culture and sports organizations focused on the prevention and correction of deformational changes in psychophysical development due to the brutal violence of adults and the absence of affection and love from the very dear mom and dad from early childhood is carried out. The goal is to create conditions for the construction and implementation of sports foster care for children left without parental care and persons from among them in the conditions of the integrative educational complex «SPORT – SCHOOL – SPO, UNIVERSITY». We see the prospects of research in improving the existing system of comprehensive rehabilitation, psychophysical development and social adaptation of young people of this category in the Russian Federation at a completely new pedagogical level, which will allow us to educate the modern generation.
