The work examines the importance of introducing physical activity into the lives of people, specifically women who have crossed the threshold of 40 years. A detailed analysis of the body condition of each of the participants was carried out in the presence of an expert in the field of physical culture and sports, an active fitness trainer. Based on the identified features of each participant's body, a training program was compiled for a year. At the stage of drawing up the work plan, popular body problems that overtake us after 40 years were studied in ad-vance. According to the preferences of the participants, three types of activities were offered to choose from. The physical indicators of women before and after the research work were analyzed. The conclusion about the work done is formulated, the absolute importance of sports is confirmed.
