Abstract (English):
The article presents a study to determine the degree of influence of the methodology for improving pair interaction on the performance indicators of competitive activity of dancers aged 14-15 years in rumba dance. The authors have developed a methodology for improving pair interaction, which includes performing specially preparatory and competitive exercises in difficult conditions, ideomotor training with musical accompaniment and psychological training in acting, adapted for dancer athletes.
