Abstract (English):
The labor market today requires specialists ready to perform professional tasks immediately after graduating from university. And this is especially true for graduates of technical universities, who in a short time must master their profession with applied specific skills, which can only be realized through project activities at the university. The purpose of this study is to consider a system for designing and assessing the results of vocational education, aimed at developing in students not only cognitive abilities, but also motivational-semantic, activity-practical, professional-reflective competencies, which involve the inclusion of industrial partners in the training program and the possibility of obtaining applied skills. And this presupposes that students develop not only professional knowledge, skills and experience, but also competencies in the field of professional communication, management, and teamwork. The methodological basis of the study was the following approaches: systemic, activity-based, person-oriented and competency-based.
