The work is devoted to the study of comparative analysis and determination of the effectiveness of the use of digital tools in the field of physical education and sports, in particular in the field of training highly qualified personnel. The purpose of the work was to substantiate the content of the curriculum for additional professional retraining "Physical culture, health and sports mass work with the population", identify problematic issues and practical implementation of the digital tool "Bitrix24" in the formation of students' self-organization and personal trajectory of the learning process.
