Abstract (English):
The methodology of rationing of physical activity of recreational physical training practitioners by means of digital technologies is considered. To solve the problem of personalized norms it is proposed to apply the theory of rank analysis, which is promising in the study of daily non-Gaussian heart rate data obtained with wearable devices. The proposed methodology makes it possible to determine personalized norms of physical activity and make effective physical fitness programs for those engaged in recreational physical culture.
