Significant qualities in the business game as the main format of the interview process in the digital environment

Abstract (English):
The article discusses the relevance of using business games in teaching students of higher educational institutions, especially in the context of gaining experience in digital "online" interviews. The authors point out the need for such experience in the conditions of the modern professional services market, where more and more interviews are conducted online. The article presents an approximate model and technologies of a communicative business game in the process of interviewing students in a digital environment.
