The article touches upon the issue of the use of sports games in the physical training of cadets of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. One of the problems of employee training is the formation and further maintenance of professionally important qualities, skills and abilities, increasing resistance to adverse factors of daily work, through the use of methods and means of physical training, as one of the most effective means of improving professional activity and relieving emotional, psychological and physical stress. In this regard, the purpose of the study was proposed, which was to assess the impact of regular mini-football classes by cadets who are part of the Institute's national mini-football team compared with first-year cadets engaged in the curriculum of the discipline "Physical training" on the level of physical fitness. Revealed, that athletes of the Institute's national team in mini-football have professionally important qualities such as endurance, strength, dexterity and The speed of development is much higher than that of first-year cadets, which is directly the basis for the introduction of sports and gaming classes into the physical training curriculum.
