Achieving high sports results in competitive activities in hand-to-hand combat at the stage of sports improvement depends not only on the level of general physical, special-physical, psychological and technical training, but also on the level of formation of the individual style of technical and tactical actions, which begins to develop among hand-to-hand combat athletes towards achieving 16-17 years old. The purpose of the study is to develop and test a training program for the formation of an individual style of technical and tactical actions of hand-to-hand athletes at the stage of sports improvement. The study proved the effectiveness of the developed training program. Control tests formed on the basis of a modification of well-known competitive technical and tactical actions indicate a positive dynamics of the results of the experimental group, exceeding the indicators of the control group for each test.
