Analysis of physical fitness and functional training of highly qualified female athletes engaged in kettlebell lifting

Abstract (English):
The work characterizes the levels of functional fitness and physical fitness of highly qualified athletes engaged in kettlebell lifting. Trainers pay a special place in the training process of women involved in kettlebell lifting to improve aerobic performance and overall physical fitness. An analysis of the educational and methodological literature within the framework of the topic under study showed that the athletic result in women's kettlebell lifting is determined not only by technical readiness, but also by the level of development of special endurance. In the research of scientists and specialists in the field of kettlebell lifting, special attention is paid to taking into account the morphostatus of athletes, and the selection of special exercises taking into account anthropometry. The purpose of the study is to analyze the physical fitness and functional fitness of women engaged in kettlebell lifting in various weight categories. A study of the level of physical fitness and functional fitness of women involved in kettlebell lifting was conducted on the basis of the training center for sports training of Russian national teams. The results of the study. An integrated approach to assessing physical fitness and functional fitness allowed us to identify the relationship with the competitive result.
