Education of flexibility in physical education classes of primary school students

Abstract (English):
In this article, the author provides an analysis of the development of flexibility in the educational process for students of primary school age in a comprehensive school. Consequently, the purpose of the study under consideration is to study the Acrobatic exercises have a positive effect not only on the level of development of physical qualities and motor skills, but also on the development of physique and correct posture. Acrobatic exercises as a means of education in various variants enrich and expand the range of movements of those involved. A methodology has been proposed that includes complexes of acrobatic exercises, as well as plot-based outdoor games with elements of acrobatics. As a result of the study, positive dynamics of results in the experimental group were revealed, which subsequently recommended integrating the variability of acrobatic exercises into the educational process of an educational institution.
