Influence of eccentric loads on the recovery process of athletes with anterior cruciate ligament injury
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
This article is devoted to the study of the effect of 6-week eccentric and traditional strength training on the recovery process after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury. In the course of the study, it was proved that eccentric workouts give a more positive result in restoring the PC compared to traditional strength training. This approach to the rehabilitation of professional athletes can be recommended in order to return to a sports career more quickly.
