An experimental study proved the pedagogical potential of the GPT chat for the professional and personal development of students involved in sports. Based on comparative monitoring, a reliably significant increase in students’ results according to intellectual-creative and emotional-volitional criteria was revealed. The study identifies the main directions for implementing the GPT chat in the physical culture and sports activities of students: creating personalized training in various periods of sports training, solving sports psychological problems and developing critical thinking in preparation for the competitive period, individual analysis and assessment of the level of current physical, technical, tactical and recovery data of each athlete, creation of interactive training modules and automation, increasing the information literacy of chat users in a professionally applied aspect, innovative preparation of students for future professional and personal challenges in a constantly and rapidly changing society.
