The purpose of the study is to determine the effectiveness of using the pedagogical content-support method to motivate women to engage in physical exercise. Research methods and organization. In the course of the study, the following methods were used: analysis of scientific literature, surveys, and a pedagogical experiment. The effectiveness of the designed methodology for pedagogical content support of women was assessed using a questionnaire to evaluate participants' well-being, as well as their motivation and awareness. Research results and conclusions. It has been identified that mass media serve as agents of socialization and shape an individual's information environment. The mass media that have the greatest influence on women's motivation to engage in physical exercise have been determined, and the relationship between age and information channels has also been revealed. The effectiveness of the experimental methodology is confirmed by an increase in the motivation and awareness of participants in the pedagogical content support.
