Fitness tennis as a pedagogical technology for general physical training of students in table tennis classes

Abstract (English):
The purpose of the study is to develop and experimentally test a pedagogical technology aimed at the general physical training of university students of non-physical education specialties in table tennis classes, based on fitness tennis. Pedagogical technology included the implementation of 3 stages: developing in students a positive attitude towards training activities with the use of fitness elements in the training process, as well as increasing the degree of basic physical training; development of technical indicators of playing table tennis in students with simultaneous improvement of functional indicators and physical data of their body; further improvement of the technique of playing table tennis with improvement of lagging elements of students’ general physical training.
