The article discusses the issue of developing the active flexibility of girls 6-7 years old based on the use of an integrated approach as part of training sessions in rhythmic gymnastics. It was established that the increase in the indicators of active flexibility significantly increases with the integration of means of influence and has a positive effect on the indicators of bodily plasticity, which in turn is an integral part of the artistic component of young gymnasts.
