Improving the technique of the flight phase of ski jumping with the use of universal suspension
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The article emphasizes that the use of an inclined wind tunnel is an effective means of improving the flight phase of ski jumping. To work in a pipe, the authors proposed a suspension mechanism with a working area in the form of a "diamond" and a mount at the hip joint level. An algorithm is proposed and the effectiveness of using a universal suspension in the training process of a ski jumper is confirmed.
