The professional activity of a teacher is characterized by high mental and physical workload, which can lead to fatigue, overwork and occupational diseases. Prevention of fatigue and occupational diseases should be carried out by the teacher constantly, in the course of his professional activities. The work examines the main manifestations of fatigue among university teachers and proposes methods of prevention using industrial gymnastics.
