Management of an inclusive freediving competition-seminar

Abstract (English):
The article presents research on the management of inclusive competitions, in particular freediving competitions. The study was conducted within the framework of the implementation of the "Concept for the Development of Paraphrading in the Russian Federation". The theoretical basis of the research was normative-legal documents and materials of scientific articles on the topic of inclusive education and sport. The experience of holding inclusive freediving competitions is described. The authors have developed a new competition format – an inclusive competition-seminar. It allows to solve several management tasks simultaneously: planning and organizing an inclusive sports event, motivating organizers, judges, participants, spectators to develop inclusion in sport and society, modernizing rules and regulations, coordinating the interaction of stakeholders of an inclusive sports event. A new inclusive competition discipline has been tested in practice for inclusion in the program of rating competitions in freediving in the pool.
