The article presents the results of a study on the use of special complexes of functional training to maintain the functional fitness of female university students during menstrual cycles. The use of an individual approach to each subject made it possible to alternate complexes of functional training for different goals, orientation and tasks of training depending on the menstrual period. The effectiveness of special complexes has been confirmed in the process of research.
