The impact of swimming on the psychological state of schoolchildren

Abstract (English):
The article discusses the impact of swimming activities on the psychological state of 15-17 year-old students. Using the Thorndike psychological test, the selectivity of children's attention was determined, which significantly increased after the experiment. Additionally, based on subjective feelings, fatigue and drowsiness decreased, and the level of positive emotional state increased in children after a series of swimming sessions.
