Changes in the level of physical abilities of BMSTU skiers-racers when using exercises with weights

Abstract (English):
In modern cross-country skiing, athletes become more athletic, and this affects the training process at all levels - from beginner athletes to masters of sports and beyond. The increase in muscle mass in skiers is the result of strength training in the gym, including with weights. The article presents a study on the impact of strength training with weights on the development of physical abilities in skiers and their competitive results in cross-country skiing.
