The impact of functional training on improving the physical fitness of young men

Abstract (English):
The article presents a study on the development of a methodology for functional training sessions for young men aged 20-21 who are engaged in a fitness club. The methodology includes exercises with body weight, exercises on weight machines, TRX suspension exercises, circuit training with equipment, and more. The content of functional training sessions and the results of experimental work to improve the physical fitness indicators of young men aged 20-21 are disclosed. Positive intergroup dynamics were identified during the period of the formative pedagogical experiment in tests assessing strength endurance, speed, and power capabilities.
