Methods of physical training of students performing at competitions in functional all-around in the introductory mesocycle

Abstract (English):
The article discusses the methodology of physical training of students in the aquatic mesocycle by the type of sport functional. This sport stands out among sports disciplines not only for its novelty, the complexity of combining types of load and the need to combine various exercises without rest, but also for special attention to muscle work, mainly focused on strength and speed-strength indicators. The author developed the required qualities and an assessment of effectiveness was carried out. According to the results of testing the developed methodology, an increase in the level of physical fitness and an increase in the indicators of speed and strength abilities of students were established.
