Influence of aerobics on the development of physical qualities of finance university students

Abstract (English):
Currently, the topic of diversity in the process of conducting physical education classes for students is of particular relevance. New teaching tools are being used, and the approach to selecting the material for a training session is changing. The inclusion of aerobics elements in fitness classes among female students should have a positive impact on their overall physical well-being, and, through emotional involvement and the use of modern music, increase motivation to attend the subject itself. The article presents a study on the impact of aerobics on improving the physical development level of female students at the financial university.
