Analysis of the results of self-assessment of physical fitness of students in grades 5-9

Abstract (English):
The article presents the results of self-assessment of the level of physical fitness (PhF) in general and the development of individual physical qualities by students in grades 5-9 according to online questionnaires. The self-assessment of the level of PhF by students turned out to be overestimated compared with the assessment of physical education teachers.
