Improving the technique of hand strikes in jiu-jitsu for athletes during the training stage of preparation

Abstract (English):
The article presents a study on the development of a jiu-jitsu training program during the preparatory stage, using striking techniques from table tennis in sports combat. The results of evaluating the effectiveness of the developed methodology for improving athletes' physical and specific fitness levels, as well as competitive performance, are provided. The use of non-standard approaches in the training program to enhance sports results is also discussed.
