This article highlights the prospects for the spread of digital sports at the level of higher education institutions, with special attention being paid to the involvement of students who face health problems or have disabilities. The article examines how students perceive the differences between esports and digital sports, as well as how they assess the importance of achievements in virtual and real competitions. Strategies for the development of adaptive and inclusive areas in digital sports are also being studied.
