This article discusses the development of scientific-theoretical proposals for functional management of individual student development trajectories in higher education institutions based on tutoring activities. These proposals expand students' opportunities for continuous education individually, based on personal needs and interests, through independent choice of learning forms and modules, as well as accumulation of results from their educational activities.
