The article discusses the results of an empirical study of the relationship between self-efficacy and job satisfaction of teachers in higher education institutions. The analysis of the results is presented in the form of correlations, on the basis of which the interpretation of the data obtained is carried out. The findings of the study indicate that confidence in one’s effectiveness plays a significant role in obtaining satisfaction from one’s work among teachers of higher educational institutions. Taking into account the results obtained will allow us to further design psychological support for teachers within the framework of managing the educational environment.
