Abstract:
The article discusses the concept of balanced nutrition as a factor for optimal physical well-being. Modern data on the impact of nutrition on human health are presented. The problem of increasing body weight in the population is identified, and factors contributing to weight gain are highlighted. Recommendations on nutrition and physical activity for different age groups are provided. Data on students' attitudes towards healthy eating within the framework of the discipline "Physical Education and Sports" are also presented.
