The article demonstrates that cardiovascular diseases are quite common not only among elderly people but also in adolescence. Adolescence is considered a "risk group," as in addition to pre-existing congenital heart and vascular pathologies, new ones related to changes in the body during puberty may manifest in teenagers. Therefore, it is necessary to scientifically substantiate and develop means for the development of general endurance in adolescents with cardiovascular diseases.
