The article presents the results of monitoring the implementation by the state authorities of the Russian Federation of action plans ("road maps") to increase the values of the indicators of accessibility of facilities and services in the field of physical culture and sports for people with disabilities, based on information from federal executive authorities and state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, prepared in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Labor of Russia to improve regional plans measures to increase the values of indicators of accessibility of facilities and services for people with disabilities using best practices in planning actions in the regions to create an accessible environment. The results of the study are taken into account when planning measures to improve the accessibility of facilities and services in the field of physical culture and sports for people with disabilities at the federal and regional levels.
