The article discusses a new technology of sports patronage of children left without parental care in the Russian Federation. The authors analyzed the lack of conditions in the field of sports culture for the prevention of acquired complex injuries in the psyche and character, reproducing the development of socially negative behavior of children left without parental care. The purpose of the study is to create conditions for the construction and implementation of sports patronage of children left without parental care in the conditions of the integrative educational complex "SPORT – SCHOOL – SVE, UNIVERSITY". It is proposed to regulate sports patronage at the federal level and make a decision on adding a special chapter to the Federal Law "On Guardianship and Custody" on sports and foster care education of children left without parental care in the conditions of the integrative educational complex "SPORT - SCHOOL - SVE, UNIVERSITY", which will improve their quality of life in Russia.
