The article presents a comparative analysis of the normative-testing part of the state requirements for the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" (GTO) by the number of optional trials (tests) in each gender and age group for individuals with lesions of the musculoskeletal system. Recommendations are given for adjusting the content of the number of standards of tests of choice in each gender and age group of individuals with lesions of the musculoskeletal system, taking into account the evolution of their physical qualities.
