Indicators of the performance of the neuromuscular system and motor dexterity of a person
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
Many everyday and professional actions of people require significant muscular and nervous-volitional efforts (running, climbing stairs, carrying loads, dancing, sports games, etc.). Any movement of a person is always carried out by the joint work of muscles, the nervous system and the ligamentous tendon apparatus. Muscle performance, "nervous-volitional potential" and motor dexterity are important components of health and physical development, protecting internal organs from external influences and injuries, and in extreme situations save a person's life. Physical (muscular) performance of a person is measured by the amount of mechanical work that can be performed in a certain time. The article substantiates publicly available motor tests for assessing these psychophysical properties of a person. Statistical analysis of testing data for men aged 14-35 years and age standards for the strength capabilities of skeletal muscles and motor dexterity are presented.

Keywords:
