The article presents a study on the development of a program of pedagogical content support aimed at rational planning of the process of motivating women to engage in physical education. The content of the program includes mass media, in particular, the social network VKontakte and the group "Women's Community". The program allows for analyzing daily activity, motivational preferences, interest in content related to women's physical activity, as well as the dynamics of motivation for physical culture among women.
