The influence of para cheer classes on the level of endurance development of adolescents with intellectual disabilities

Abstract (English):
The article presents the results of studying the effect of para cheer training on the development of endurance in adolescents with intellectual disabilities. In the course of the study, a significant increase in the level of endurance development in the subjects was revealed, which indicates a positive effect of para cheer on the physical development of adolescents. The obtained results suggest the need to incorporate para cheer into extracurricular activities in boarding schools for students with limited health abilities.
