The article continues the publication of the materials of the study of human emotional intelligence (the previous article was published in the 225th issue of the journal). The relationship between the indicators of emotional intelligence and life satisfaction of athletes in different sports is analyzed. The features of the manifestation of personality adaptation in various specializations are revealed. The patterns that allow us to understand the features of behavior and adaptation in sports, which must be taken into account in working with athletes, are described.
