It has been established that the work of local self-government bodies in creating conditions for the population to engage in physical culture and sports forms a fundamental structure for territorial well-being. It has been found that municipal policy in the field of physical culture and sports will be effective if it not only takes into account the facts of material and technical support, but also the opinion of the population regarding the creation of comfortable and accessible conditions for engaging in physical culture and sports within the municipality. The results of the study indicate the necessity of creating new modernized conditions for engaging in physical culture and sports at the municipal level.
