Forecasting hockey players’ careers using artificial intelligence methods as an element of a sports club’s personnel management system

Abstract:
The purpose of the study is to examine contemporary methods of analyzing athletes' career paths and to develop recommendations for the implementation of AI technologies in the management systems of sports organizations. Research methods: analysis and synthesis of statistical data and literary sources, cognitive models of decision-making. Research results and conclusions. The conducted study confirms the relevance and feasibility of integrating artificial intelligence technologies into the human resource management system of sports organizations (using hockey clubs as an example). The analysis of methods for examining the career paths of hockey players and the implementation of artificial intelligence in these methods allow sports club managers to more accurately assess players' potential, increase their performance, and enhance their motivation.
