Spiritual and moral values as a resource for strengthening the health of students at a sports university
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The purpose of the study is to examine the relationship between the spiritual and moral stance of first-year students at a sports university and indicators of socio-psychological well-being. Research methods: analysis of theoretical and empirical data on the problem, surveying, mathematical and statistical data processing. Research results and conclusions. It has been found that students with a higher level of moral upbringing demonstrate greater responsibility for their health and less frequently fall into risk groups for suicidal behavior, social pessimism, and unlawful aggression. Conversely, increased excitability, exaltation, and readiness for unlawful behavior correlate with aggression towards people of other nationalities and conflict-proneness. It has also been established that first-year students interested in infernal trends exhibit accentuated excitability, which in both cases may pose a threat to spiritual health.
