EVALUATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF THE PHYSICAL FITNESS PROGRAM FOR 13-14 YEARS-OLD FOOTBALL PLAYERS

Abstract:
This article presents the results of a study conducted as part of the training process of young football players, aimed at increasing the level of physical fitness. The current state of the problem of physical training of young football players was studied, the scientific substantiation of the program of sports training in this sport was carried out, the training effect from the introduction into practice of the developed program for the complex development of the physical qualities of young football players was evaluated. The study was conducted on the basis of the Central Children's and Youth Sports School (Mytishchi), 24 football players aged 13-14 years old took part in the study. Analysis of the results showed that in the EG the increase in indicators was significantly higher relative to the CG. The program introduced into the EG training process contributed to a significant increase in results in almost all tests, which indicates the correct choice of the ratio of exercises in the complexes and rational planning of their volume and direction in the training mes-ocycle. The results of the study confirmed the effectiveness of the developed program for the comprehensive development of the physical qualities of young football players
