The pedagogical experiment was held on the basis of school No. 1505 "Preobrazhenskaya" with students of the 10th grade (60 people). Preparation in the experimental group differed from the control in the content of the preparatory and main parts of the lesson. The experimental group studied predominantly middle-distance running, while the training in the control group was based on short distances. The novelty of operational control was the use of the fitness bracelet "Huawei band 6", which made it possible to evaluate the pulse values quickly, mobilely, massively, in any part of the lesson, and after any type of physical activity, and control exercise. The practical significance of the study lies in the study of the dynamics of heart rate indicators, pulse value, the results of the Cooper test of those involved in the experimental and control groups, as well as in assessing the health-improving effectiveness of classes. The study showed that the experimental group, unlike the control group, better followed the teacher's instructions to keep the pulse at certain values, and also reduced the pulse value during the Cooper test, which indicates large changes in the heart muscle
