Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The article presents the analysis of priority forms of manifestation of coordination abilities for young judoists, as well as the results of development and testing of the methodology of development of coordination abilities of children 10-12 years old, engaged in judo using special games and exercises. Introduction. In recent years, martial arts coaches have faced the problem of studying difficult coordination actions. This problem is due to the fact that modern children do not receive the proper motor load during the day. The life of a child without sufficient motor activity affects the physical development, the development of various physical qualities. The relevance of this topic lies in the fact that the developed technique will help coaches rationally approach the problem of developing coordination abilities. Purpose of the research: to develop a methodology of application of special exercises and games for development of coordination abilities in young judoists of 10-12 years and to reveal its effectiveness. Research methodology and organization. A sensitive period for the development of coordination abilities is the period from 7 to 10 years, and a critical period from 11-12 (10.5 to 13.5 years), that is, during this period it is necessary to devote time to physical training associated with the development of all forms of manifestation of coordination abilities. One of the important forms of manifestation of coordination abilities is the ability to differentiate spatial and force parameters of movement, the ability to balance has sensational periods in girls up to 13, and in boys up to 14 years, therefore, attention should be paid to the timely development of static and, especially, dynamic equilibrium from 10 to 12 years. The most important form of manifestation of coordination abilities in any martial arts is the ability to restructure motor actions, so these sports are associated with confrontation and constant change of activity, especially in conditions of competitive activity. The ability to adapt to a changing situation and to an unusual setting of the task is the most important form for a judoka, so the sport is situational, and often the enemy in wrestling "sets" unusual motor tasks, the solution of which in the fastest possible period of time will lead to victory. The level of development of coordination abilities was determined using five control tests aimed at assessing various forms of manifestation of coordination abilities. The methodology for developing coordination abilities includes 12 special exercises and games. To compare the results between the control and experimental groups after the pedagogical experiment, calculations were made using the method of statistical processing of data by the Student's criterion. For this sample, the number of degrees of freedom f=18 and the critical value of the t-test is 2.1. The values of the t-criteria in the control tests are equal to: CT 1=5.8; CT 2=5.3; CT 3=6.6; CT 4=6.5; CT 5=4.4. From the data obtained, it can be seen that all t-criteria indicators are in the area of significance, indicating the reliability of the differences. Consequently, the experimental group increased its performance. Confirming that the developed technique has a positive effect on the development of coordination abilities. Research results and discussion. Conclusions. 1. During the study, the results of the control group remained almost unchanged. 2. The experimental group increased its performance significantly in all control tests, which confirms the effectiveness of the developed method. 3. Application of special exercises and games made it possible to increase level of coordination abilities in judoists of training group of the fourth year of training, i.e. the hypothesis put forward by us found its confirmation
