STRUCTURAL AND CONTENT CHARACTERISTICS OF RECREATIONAL PHYSICAL CULTURE OF THE PERSONALITY OF ADOLESCENT MARTIAL ARTISTS

Abstract:
Meaningful, motor- and cultural-rich leisure is an important condition for the harmonious development, effective socialization of adolescents. The older a person is, the more he himself is responsible for the content of his life, the more he independently organizes both working and free time. Therefore, already in adolescence, schoolchildren should be provided with the knowledge and skills necessary for the design and organization of rational leisure, to form their corresponding needs, interests, attitudes, etc. Given the importance of physical, social, and psychological well-being of motor activity, it is necessary to ensure the ability and readiness of representatives of the younger generation to systematically organize their free time. That is, teenagers should have a recreational physical culture of personality (RFKL), the content of which will be specific for different categories of schoolchildren, due to personal and social characteristics. The purpose of the study was the theoretical substantiation of the content of personal recreational physical culture of teenagers-martial arts. To achieve the goal, the following intermediate results were purposefully obtained, reflected in the materials of this article: the essence and structure of the recreational physical culture of the individual were fixed and clarified; the general content of the RFKL (proper-leisure and health-creative), its scientific and theoretical foundations (recrealogy, valeology, theory and methodology of physical culture) was determined; the content of structural components of the RFKL, general and specific for teenagers involved in sports (cognitive-ideological, value-oriented, motivational-need, emotional-volitional, behavioral-practical)
