Abstract:
This study presents an analysis of the performance of sambists at the 2022 World SAMBO Championships. Competition in sambo competitions is increasing and in order to improve the training process it is necessary to identify the most effective techniques performed by high-class athletes. Research methods -video analysis and analysis of competitive activity. The ratios of the most effective techniques used in these competitions have been established. The statistics of the execution of techniques, both in the rack and in the stalls, are given. Conclusions - this analysis of the World SAMBO Championships will be of interest to coaches for improving the technical and tactical training of their athletes
