Abstract:
The article reveals the functional capabilities of the neuromuscular system on the process of forming the technique of ski moves. The paper found that students change the functional capabilities of the neuromuscular system with In the process of teaching students the technique of ski moves, the main link is performed more effectively in combination with tension and relaxation of the neuromuscular system with the reproduction of the respiratory cycle, in improving the direction, content and form of functional processes. Evaluation of the results of the study was determined by: physical fitness, functional state of the heart rate monitor, palpation of the lumbar muscles, pedagogical experiment, methods the use of exercises for flexibility, relaxation, breathing and the process of muscle tension of the musculoskeletal system in the formation of the main link and details of the technique of ski moves of mathematical statistics
