USE OF MUSICAL RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS DURING PHYSICAL EDUCATION LESSONS FOR 14-15 YEAR-OLD GIRLS

Abstract:
The purpose of the work is to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of musical rhythmic gymnastics in the preparatory part of the school physical education lesson for girls aged 14-15 years. Methods and organization of the study. The study was conducted in the 2020-2021 academic year in Moscow. It involved 174 schoolgirls, divided into a control group - 86 people and an experimental group - 88 people. In the girls of the experimental group, the preparatory part of the school lesson was carried out using the means of musical rhythmic gymnastics. Girls in the control group used traditional exercises during school lessons. Using traditional methods, the surveyed assessed the indicators of their physical capabilities. The results were processed by Student's criterion. Research results. The traditional conduct of physical education lessons had little effect on the girls' parameters taken into account. The use of musical rhythmic gymnastics in the preparatory part of the school lesson of physical culture ensured the growth of physical abilities, the strengthening of immunity, the development of vital organs with the formation of a positive attitude towards physical education. Conclusion. The use of musical rhythmic gymnastics in the preparatory part of the school physical education lesson had a pronounced positive impact on the physical parameters of schoolgirls aged 14-15, contributing to the formation of a positive attitude towards physical culture and regular physical activity
