The purpose of the study was to conduct a pedagogical assessment of the transformation of the static coordination of psychology students, its orientation, within the framework of their mastering the universal competencies of the health-saving block of disciplines. Methods and organization of the study. This study provides a pedagogical assessment of the functional state of psychology students in the field of static coordination based on classical methods of functional testing (Bondarevsky's test, Romberg's test), as well as the use of a technique - a test with a gymnastic stick. Research results. During the experiment, a statistically significant positive dynamics of the transformation of the functional state of psychology students in static coordination was revealed, this was especially evident in the experimental test with a gymnastic stick. Conclusions. The study confirmed the relevance of using the didactic content of work programs to improve the static coordination of students, the dynamics of changes in all tests is significantly positive, and the combined indicator from 3 tests is not sufficiently valid in practical application
